Descriptions, images, technical specifications, and sector references on the website are illustrative and may be updated. Final product scope, origin, specifications, packing, and delivery arrangements shall be those confirmed in the relevant quotation or order documents.
3.5 Customer Obligations
Customers and counterparties are responsible for providing accurate business, shipment, destination, compliance, and documentary information necessary for sourcing, export coordination, logistics, customs, and delivery planning.
3.6 Compliance and Restricted Trade
Bring Right SL may refuse or suspend a transaction if it reasonably believes that the transaction could breach sanctions, export control rules, customs laws, anti-fraud checks, anti-money-laundering obligations, or other legal or compliance requirements.
3.7 Delivery and Risk
Delivery responsibilities, transfer of risk, and logistical scope shall be defined in the written quotation or commercial agreement, including the applicable Incoterms rule where relevant.
